Realteck Auido problems Headphone Only

   Hello, I have read in the forum and many people have the same problem with the Asrock z370 Extreme 4 board front audio, I also have that same problem now I have new headphones and the sound is very bad, with interference and noise, The rear audio is ok. The problem is solved if I remove the Realteck drivers. any solution?? Thank you.
