Ram speed

   I have a asrock b450m steel legend and 16gb corsair vengeance ram. it is suppose to be 3200mhz but i cant seem to get it higher than 2133 mhz even with XMP enabled it doesn't do anything. when i enable XMP it also tries to raise the dram voltage from 1.2V to 1.35V but for some reason it is capped at 1.3V. I am running UEFI Version B450M Steel Legend P2.70
