Hi,
I've just built a NAS system using the A320M-ITX and a Ryzen 5 PRO 2400G CPU. I chose this CPU because it is supposed to support ECC memory (according to CPU compatibility list in the manual), so I installed 2 sticks of 8GB Kingston unbuffered ECC memory (KSM24ES/8ME). The system POSTs corectly but the operating system does not load the EDAC driver hence i deduce that the ECC funcionality is not working properly. In the bios the ECC functionality is set to enable and memtest86 reads the SPD data of the dimms and reports that they support ECC and a data bit width of 72 bit. Maybe I'm missin something in the BIOS? Unfortunately the options regarding the memory are very poorly documented, to say the least.. ![]() Any help would be much appreciated. ![]() |
