X570 Phantom + 5600X --> no display output

There is not GPU, we're talking the motherboard outputs.
Nada, can't even see th BIOS screen.

	You need a dedicated GPU, the 5600x does not have an iGPU so there is nothing sending a signal to the outputs on the board. Those display outputs exist only for use with APUs, CPUs with built in graphics.
