I don't know how to help you but that computer is a monster. What case and cooler are you using?

Your board should support the use of the SM951. There is a newer UEFI/BIOS version, which version are you using?
What Windows installation media are you using, optical disk, USB flash drive, or something else? You won't be able to use a Windows optical disk for the installation, it should be a USB flash drive. What entry in the boot order list are you selecting for the Windows installation media device? Have you modified any settings in the UEFI to enable the installation and booting from a SM951? If you are not doing a full UEFI booting Windows installation (CSM disabled), you must select a setting in the CSM option. With CSM enabled, find the Launch Storage OpROM Policy, and select UEFI only. |

Greetings, this is ASRock Technical Supports Department.
We provide some suggestions to you for try: 1. Please flash the BIOS to P1.20 as the link and set BIOS to default : http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/X99E-ITXac/?cat=Download&os=BIOS 2. Due to the SM951/XP941 limitation, please install the Windows with GPT(UEFI) mode. 3. Please use another USB device or another Windows media resource to install the system for try. 4. If possible, please use another memory to verify. Kindest regards, ASRock TSD |
