I am using motherboard H310CM-HDV with chipset B365 with 2 hard drives and one DVD player.
I am not able to set the primary hard drive in the boot options. It does not appear in the device list. The boot option list only shows DVD player and Hard drive #2. I am able to boot from Hard drive #1 by pressing F11 at start up. All 3 devices do show in easy mode but, not in the advanced boot option settings. Any ideas would be appreciated to fix this. |

When CSM in BIOS is set to Disabled, your boot device, MUST be installed in GPT (UEFI) Mode, otherwise the drive is not found.
I would say, connect only the disk, with your OS, and see if it boots. Also important is, that when installing Windows, it's always best practice to conenct only the drive, where You want to install the OS onto, otherwise it can happen that different Windows partitions, end up on different drives. Or use the support form and check Your spam folder for repleis as well https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp |
