x670e bios update not working |

When I update bios, there is no response on the black screen for about 20 minutes and then the power is turned off.
Is there a solution? I am sorry for my lack of English. |

Maybe it's this problem:
" Please check your current BIOS version and read below notes before updating the BIOS. 1.09: RTX 40 series GPU output can get interrupted during a BIOS update from BIOS 1.09. Temporarily adjust the BIOS option [Display Priority] to [Internal Graphic] under BIOS\Advanced\Onboard Devices Configuration to get continuous output via the iGPU during Instant Flash. Or use BIOS Flashback instead. " |

So what do you do if this wasn't selected during Instant Flash? How do you fix it?
