UEFI BIOS Version A520-HVS P1.10
PROCESSOR AMD RYZEN 5 3600 6-CORE

I cant enable the dual monitor configuration

I went to the bios -> Advance panel -> AMD CBS -> NBIO COMMON OPTIONS -> but I don have the GFX configuration option.

What else can I try?

??? Ryzen 5 3600 has no integrated GPU. There's nothing to configure.
Ryzen 5 46x0G would be the closest equivalent of the R5-3600 with an iGPU.
R5-5600G would be the newer one with Zen3 instead of Zen2.

I forgot to add:
- Placa de Video AsRock Radeon RX 550 Phantom Gaming 2Gb GDDR5 X 1
- Mother ASROCK A520M-HVS AM4 (3ERA/4TA/5TA GEN) X 1

What video output ports are you using?

You can't use any of the motherboard video outputs, since your CPU doesn't have an iGPU. So all your monitors will need to be connected to the RX 550 you have.

Beyond that, multi-monitor support is entirely between your RX 550 and software (operating system, GPU drivers). BIOS shouldn't have anything to do with it.
