ASRock B660M New build won£�t boot

   My first build I followed everything the way I should took my time and no boot. The motherboard rgb lights work but nothing else the cpu fan doesn?�t come on no error lights. I?�m familiar with electronics just never built a pc. I have removed and reinstalled the ram, used just one stick, removed the cpu checked the pins the look perfect. Bypassed the power switch and jumped it. Not sure where to go from here
