RGB Issues (Polychrome Sync)

I recently purchased a Asrock X570 Taichi. The RGB worked great (after windows starts). I was able to do a steady red color and I was messing around with it the other day and now I can't get everything on the motherboard to sync the same color with reds. I'm able to do all blue color and some other colors but when I try to sync everything to red the IO and chipset fan remain green while under the board turns red with the case fans and ram. I've done everything to update to the latest BIOS (and made everything to default settings in bios after flash) as well as uninstall and reinstall Polychrome with no fix. Any help is appreciated.
