   I don't know how, but your programmers has crooked hands.

Bios - 6.00. You broke CPU voltage. It's always 1.45v. Option in BIOS ignored. Only way to change it -offset or AMD Overclock section.
I create ticket. You ignore it.

BIOS 6.33. You still broke CPU voltage. But now you broke AMD Overclock section too.

WTF?

BIOS also so stupid and can't load last working preset or load default options and will try, try and try boot not stable in instant reboot.
