It is not weird, it is the expected response from any motherboard technical support and the most consistent.

I'm using 2 x HX432C16FB3K2/32 (2 x 2pcs) without problem and surely many users have added more modules in 1 or 2pcs format added to those already successfully installed but there may also be incompatibility problems even if it is the same brand and part number.

For this reason it is highly recommended to buy 2pcs brand new with possible return in case of problems after testing.

If everything goes well, all that remains is to enjoy.
