weird issues with second drive

ok ever since i installed my new rx 480 every once in a while my second hdd disconnects from the pc and programs start to shut down and when i restart my pc my program icons would be plain pieces of paper so i would have to shut down my pc completly and turn it back on to get it to work
this would happen while idle surfing the net playing games and stuff like that

my logs give me this 100 time when it happens

i have changed out my sata cables i use HDtune,aida64,hwinfo,and CrystalDiskInfo to test out my smart data all comes back good my motherboard bios is up to date P1.60
