Weird SATA Controller Issue

   I think 25W resistor is not the solution, because the system is not low power as should be. I just checked some of Corsair PSU specifications, they provide efficiency charts for loads 10% and above, so we may assume below 10% load is not guaranteed, so the lower power PSU you use the better, 100-200W range.
