Never cleared the cmos. I just flashed the latest 4.51 bios and checked that the bsods were gone.

Windows 10 home 64 bit.

One stick dual rank with code BLS8G4D26BFSC, slot B. Everything is correctly recognised both inside the bios and in windows.

cubebucket, W10 Pro should be no better than Home.  You should be using Media Creation Tool ( https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 ) to create a USB stick to install W10.  That way you will get the latest version and won't need updates (or just a few).  What have you been using?  stree suggested that you install Chip Set first them Video.  I suspect it makes no difference and I am beginning to suspect that installing one also installs the other.  I would install both.  I do think it is important to use the latest version of W10.  I do not use the ASRock drivers except what I must use: RAID and Aquantia NIC drivers.  It is best to get the drivers from the HW vendors like Intel and Realtek.  The screenshots will be good.  Thanks and enjoy, John.  

I managed to find and upload some pictures I roughly took last night with my phone.



The PC was using a samsung full HD LED TV as a monitor. I don't know why here it says 3GB while I set 2GB for the APU on the BIOS......
To be clear, we were already using the TV with an old asus laptop hooked thru HDMI and everything was working fine. A test with another proper monitor has already been done with the same negative results.



This should be something like: "the specified device generates a resource conflict (CODE 12). In order to be able to use this device it will be needed to disable one of the other system devices". Alright, which one?!
NB: on the background you can see that my copy of Windows 10 is x64.



But if you look here, you can clearly see that "the most suitable and up to date driver in correctly installed" and there are no other conflicts in the devices tree.



This screen is about the HDMI audio issues. As you can see, speakers and SPFID (not shown) are enabled and seems to be working. While I have 6 (SIX!!!) digital display audio output that are not connected and I have no clue on how to enable them. I have tried AMD drivers, Realtek drivers (both from asrock website and the slightly newer ones from the realtek website) but nothing I did could solve the problem.

The only reason I suggested that order of driver install was because of multiple more experienced users  recommending it. I initially installed the "wrong" way round and the powerplans were screwed, sleep option gone,  other options greylisted or gone.
Reinstalled drivers the "right " way round and problems gone.....
Others users found the same.
Empirical knowledge beats "suspecting" hands down and I remain convinced of the value in the order of installation.
