This motherboard manual says about M.2 PCIe 2.0 with maximum speed of 20 GB/s.
I can not find any information about real data transfer rate in read/write operations between interface (PCIe 2.0) and connected SSD drive, for example, Samsung SSD 960 EVO (PCIe 3.0). No disks benchmark is found. |

I Would not worry too much as in the real world there is not much difference to Sata SSD and M.2 SSD, I found the M.2 slightly snappier, I wish I hadn't bothered and stayed with the sata just fits in any computer.

I can not do anything with myself. If hardware platform gives me opportunity of maximum performance, I want to use it.
