ASROCK takes 2-3 mins to POST

   I have ASROCK EPC612D8A Server Rack w/Intel Xeon E5-2630 v4. 128GB RAM on recommended slots for dual channel

When starting server takes 2-3 mins to POST. Is this normal? I know server generally take a few mins to start or is there a setting I can change in UEFI/BIOS?

Seems like it maybe doing some start up tests before posting. Updated to latest BIOS. Same problem
Anyone??
