Motherboard is AB350 Gaming-ITX/ac with Ryzen 2400G CPU, BIOS version 4.90. Fan control is not working. That is, the fan speed stays constant, and does not rise when temperature increases. I have three total fans, all 4-pin PWM: front chassis, CPU, rear chassis. None of them change speeds with increase in MB or CPU temperature.
I've seen several posts on a similar topic, such as this one. But my motherboard has no "tctl" option. I recently upgraded the BIOS to v4.50. I feel like the automatic fan control used to work, but I haven't checked/tested in quite a while. |

Not sure about that motherboard, but on my Taichi, I recall that Tctrl wasn't available in the point-and-click FANtastic screen. however if you scroll down below the fantastic option, I think you have the ability to enter individual fan temperature settings manually and that's where you can select Tctrl. My machine is doing critical stuff at the moment or I'd reboot it and get the details for you.

I'm using manual fan control on my fatality
ab350itx with bios 4.9 But the temperatures doesn't match, so I have to set the low temperature to something like 45° -And ramp up from there. |
