Hello.
I have just gotten a system from ABS with an Asrock Z390 Pro 4 mobo, an Intel I9 9700k, 32GB memory, and a Zotac RTX 2080 (this is why I bought the mobo, I have another Zotac 2080 already).
I saw that the motherboard states it supports 2 x16 @ 3.0 (in other words, sli).
I got the system, it works perfectly.
THEN I put in my video card (which works perfectly), and there is NO SLI going on.
I installed CPU-Z and GPU-Z, and it seems that PCI-E 4 (the 2nd pci-e slot) is stuck at X4, so it wont ever go into SLI, EVER.
CPU-Z also states that the X4 slot CAN do X16 speeds.

I am wondering if anyone else is having these issues, and if so, how did you fix it?
The mobo was STATED to do 2 x 16x @ 3.0
It is NOT doing that.
It is only doing x16 on pcie2 slot, and x4 on pcie4 slot.

Thanks for any help.
