How to get support for a dead C2750D4i?

I filled in the form at https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp with all of the relevant details 9 days ago, got my confirmation email that it had been received and have not been contacted since.

This is a server board with a three year warranty (that I have read on here has had so many issues that it's been extended to four years, not that matters since I got mine in 2016) but what is that warranty worth if I can't communicate with anybody to get a replacement in a timely manner?

Like I said, it's a server board, it was in active use, and I would very much like to get it back up and running but I don't have the money to throw around on all new parts.

How long does support typically take to respond to requests?
