ASRock AB350m Pro4 with 4gb and 8gb RAM together

   I have ASRock AB350m Pro4 with 2 sticks Avexir Bliz 2x4 Gb 3200MHZ (Hynix M-die)
I can make the memory run stable with speed 3200MHZ by change RAM voltage to 1.4v ( I think 1.365 is better but this main board can only support change value +-0.05V  )

I plan to purchase  HyperX predator RPG 3200 16Gb and plug to remaining slots because It has Hynix M-die Chip too.

So I'd like to ask is It possible to do that? If yes, can the dual channel still work and how about the memory speed?

Avexir Blitz 8GB (2X4GB) 3200 
PSP Plus 450W
