X470 Master Sli/ac Not seeing SSD

   Currently Building a new system, Specs:
MOBO: Asrock X470 Master SLI/ac 
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x
Ram: 2x 8GB DDR4 Gskill
Graphics: GTX 1070ti MSI
HDD: 2Tb Seagate Barracuda
SSD: 500GB Samsung 860 EVO

I would like to install windows onto the SSD, but it wont show up in windows installer, and wont show up in BIOS, The SSD is not DOA because it shows up just fine when tested in another system.

The HDD shows up just fine when plugged in. we swapped the HDD (because we know those cables and ports are good) for the SSD and no luck.

AHCI is enabled, we have tried disabling CSM, every SATA port on the motherboard, no luck. Not sure what else to try to get this work. 
Any help would be appreciated.

	I am having the same exact issue. I bought a Samsung 860 Evo 1tb. Nothing I do will make it show up in bios so I can't install an OS. Everything else in my rig is working fine.
