All of a sudden, my Bluetooth stopped working. My device manager shows an unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failure) on the Universal Serial Bus controllers. I have tried using a USB Bluetooth USB dongle, which shows Bluetooth available but does not find any devices when I ask it to search, and also disabling the USB failed device, but nothing works. I contacted ASRock and they want me to send the board back for RMA repair/replacement. Now I have already done that once when a firmware update went bad. That was an absolute pain to uninstall it, send it back, and reinstall it when it came back. I'm not sure Bluetooth is important enough. Does anyone have another idea. Alternate Bluetooth devices, etc. |

Disable BT in BIOS, also in Device Manager (Win).
Get a spare USB donle for BT and use it when needed. |
