Is there a way to save all the BIOS settings before doing a BIOS update since it wipes it out every time?

Should be what board do you have? On mine it is on the OC tweaker page in setup

I have the Extreme4 z370 and z390
I have that as well under OC and saved a profile, but I think that is just for OC. That gets wiped out as well though. |

IF my memory is sill in there , I have the option to save to disk. If this is limited to the bios version ? can it be ported to the next version? IDK |
