Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4 - Sometimes no Boot

   Hello,
i build i new PC and got the "Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4" Mainboard.

I have now somestimes the problem that the PC wont boot and the screen will stay black. Then the restarting of the PC and i can boot into win10.

Do you know what it could be?
I am using the newest BIOS

My components are:
- Ryzen 5 2600X
- Be Quite Dark Base 700 
- RTX 2070
- Patriot Viper 4 DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-3200, CL16-18-18-36 (PV416G320C6K)
