Look at what Tom's have confirmed with AMD:

I wonder which vendors will push this update for their older mobos? 

On one hand, the vendors will gain loyalty and brand recognition if they do, but on the other hand vendors will lose another reason for customers to upgrade.

Well, I hope ASUS brings this. Fingers crossed for the rest of you too.
