I have an Asrock AB350m Pro4 with the latest BIOS (5.50) and this ram:

- Kingston HyperX 3200MHz DDR4 CL16 XMP Desktop Memory:

By default it sets to 2400. I'm not an expert so I used XMP profile on bios to set it to 3200 and gives me error using windows memory diagnostic tool.

I'm afraid I should oc manually but I don't know what values to use and where.??

What can I do to obtain the best speed?
