I buy this motherboard and i have a problem with a ssd m2 western digital blu 250 gb that is not recognized. Can a bios update solve the problem?

Have you tried both M.2 slots?
Depending on how you have your drive/s and GPU set up you may be trying to use a disabled M.2 slot: *M2_2, SATA3_3 and SATA3_4 share lanes.
