Dear Hime,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Referring your question about unable to get M.2 recognized. This motherboard has only one M.2 slot that supports SATA type M.2. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X399M%20Taichi/index.asp#Specification Please plug the SATA type M.2 to M.2_3 slot. M.2_1&M.2_2 slot will only support NVMe type M.2. Note: If it is still not recognized after plug in to M.2_3 slot, please format the M.2 first and then verify again. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
