   New build here and not getting any video on power up and CPU fans not spinning.  Dr. Debug is giving me 00, and tiny red LEDs light up for a quick flash and then off CPU, DRAM, VGA and BOOT are the little LEDs. Steps I took with no luck...help please and thank you.
Re-seated the processor
tried all ram slots with one stick at a time
reset CMOS several times

Could this be a power issue?  I have a corsair 750 and all components are brand new. 

So frustrated, please help...
