I'm wondering if an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 will work with the ASRock N68-Gs4 FX motherboard.

Assuming this is a serious question, then the short serious answer is no.

The longer serious answer would be that N68 boards works only with AM3+ CPU. Ryzens utilize AM4 sockets. Although similar, AM3+ and AM4 are not compatible.
