Hi. I sold my G-Skill memory as it wasn?™t B-die and bought some G.SKILL F4-3200C14D-16GFX 16 GB (8 GB x 2) Flare X   But I can?™t get above 2933 MHz. Which is the same as my last memory. Is my motherboard locked to that memory speed??? Thanks for any help.
Ryzen 1700, ASRock killer x370 motherboard with bios P3.20, G.Skill Trident Z 16GB Kit DDR4 3200MHz RAM, 750w EVGA PSU, GTX 1080ti. All drivers up to date on windows 10.

Hmm, that RAM was designed for Ryzens. I was using the same model with my X370 Taichi. I still use the RAM even now. And yes, at 3200 CL14.

Few things come to mind - update BIOS, clear CMOS, swap the sticks. Maybe some small volt bump is all they need, or your mobo/CPU is bonkers.

Uhm, silly question but did you try the XMP profiles or you just went for manual tuning?
