8x8x PCIe Bifurcation Support for Taichi X399

   On my Taichi X399 I only see an option for x4x4x4x4 mode in the bios for splitting the x16 pcie slot, but I would like to attach 2 gpu's at x8 each using a splitter like this:

Is this something that could be added as a feature request in the next bios update?

It seems a waste to have all these pcie lanes on a Threadripper system, but then the motherboard's bios not supporting bifurcation in a useful way.
