X370 PCIe slot & M.2 slot correlation?

   Mobo X370 Gaming X or any X370 board that have 2  M.2 slot

Does anybody know if I install NVMe/SATA drive in M.2 slot (M2_1 & M2_2) will it disable any PCIe slot or sata ports? Since the manual doesn't say anything about it.

Since I want to get rid of power&sata cables, I'm thinking installing 2 NVMe drive, one in M2_1 & another in PCIe_1 using adapter, and one m.2 SATA drive in M_2 as a storage.
