Enabling PBO or XFR in X470 Taichi BIOS

   As the title says I'm trying to figure out how tf to enable either PBO or XFR in the Taichi BIOS. I've googled, I've checked youtube, and I've searched these forums. 

My best understanding is that there should be a menu under AMD CBS \NBIO Common Options called XFR Enhancement. I don't have it. I don't have anything that looks like it. Please advise.

	For anyone else that finds this by googling: ASRock has disabled these features for non-X CPUs, even though the CPUs support it.
