B450 FATALITY ITX BIOS 3.10

   Noticed 2 bugs in this bios. 

Instant flash over network has been removed.

AMD HDMI audio no longer present on boot resulting in no sound even after installing recommended drivers before and after update.

Using the windows bios update I was able to restore to 1.70. Instant flash in the bios didnt work via USB. Reported incorrect bios version.
