My problematic issue since 2 months :

PC config :

AMD Ryzen 7950X3D

Water cooling SMX AiO 360mm

Asrock Taichi Carrara X670E

Lexar 32GB RAM 6400

MSI RTX4070TiSuper Gaming X Slim

Fortron Hydro PTM PRO 1200W ATX 3.0

WD Black/Crucial P5 2TB SSD and one 3,5" 4TB HDD.

Everything ran smoothly throughout 1,5 years
(ofc thermal paste was being exchanged + compressed air cleaning)
Until I've encountered a problem where computer randomly, during first minutes of playing the game (Dead by Daylight mostly) or a little later just "turned off" - screen went completely dark, I could hear my friend from Discord going in the background
(but he couldn't hear me mostly, separate mic from the headset) yet the rest of the config seemed to work just fine/didn't turn off completely since fans and the rest were still working.

I've tried some troubleshooting alongside reading previous posts about similar problems which led me to Steam configuration doing something buggy in Windows 11 and AMD C-States being turned on allowing parts to go into idle state.

I did everything step by step, also upgraded BIOS versions to the latest one (going through older versions first) 2 months ago in June (when it first happened)+ also restarted mobo with battery CMOS button.
Global C-State turned off.
Chipset driver updated.

That seemed to do the trick and PC was working just fine until 2 days ago where the problem has occured again.
I've tried to reset BIOS settings to default, which seemed to not work and since then PC can be booted, I'll be able to use it for few minutes then it crashes without any BSOD into black screen or after rebooting goes in loops/with fans working fine or very loud.

Now it's not working completely, set in the restart loop.
Clearing CMOS doesn't help, no way to enter BIOS settings

GPU works fine on other config, so does PSU and other parts.

Help would be really appreciated.
