I have the Z390 Taichi Ultimate and I have Windows 8.1 installed. After trying to install all drivers from this page https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z390%20Taichi%20Ultimate/index.asp#Download
my device manager looks like this
what's going on here?

So more digging around, nobody makes a Z390 MB that supports Win 7 or 8. That is ridiculous.

Exactly, it is not ASRock. I should have said, the CPU only supports Win10. I was clueless when I first started this thread. Who would have ever thought we couldn't go back one version of Windows?

What shows under Network Adapters ? Also a screen shot of what is listed under System Devices would be of help.
Looks like you need the Intel Dual Band 802.11ac WiFi/Bluetooth driver and possibly the AQUANTIA 10 Gigabit LAN driver, won't know for sure until you show more info.
