Z77 Extreme6 Latest BIOS 2.90A beta

   Hi,

I have a Z77 Extreme6 motherboard. Latest non BETA bios is extremely old. The only more or less recent BIOS is a a beta version 2.90A, and it stayed as beta for more mone than half a year, so I assume that's the final version.

Somebody here flashed this bios that can tell me how reliable it is?

I assume this bios has microcode update with Spectre and Meltdown mitigations. This is the main reason I am interested in this bios, because on that motherboard I am using Windows 7, and Win7 doesn't have those microcode updates.
