Hi,

I have a similar problem with the ASRock X570 PRO4 and the Transcend TS512GMTE220S M.2 drive.

System: Windows 10 PRO (10.0.18362 Build 18362)

Board: ASRock X570 PRO4, BIOS: P 1.30, SMBIOS: 3.2
Prozessor: Ryzen 5 Matisse 3600
RAM: 2x 8 GB G.Skill F4-3000C16S-8GISB
Graphic_1: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 TI Asus Phoenix 6 GB
Graphic_2: Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 TI
Graphic Driver: 26.21.14.4108

Harddrives:
c: HDD 250 GB 3,5"
H: external HDD 1 TB 2,5"
I: 100 MB System reserved
J: HDD 150 GB 3,5"

When i install the Transcend PCIe SSD 512 GB drive into the primary M.2 Slot the PC won`t start.

Post status checker (PSC, the red onboard indicator led-lights) shows: Graphics fail and HDD fail.

Without installed Transcend PCIe SSD 512 GB drive the computer start normal and without any error messages.

Maybe there is a conflict between the PCIe-channel the M.2 SSD drive uses and the PCIe-channel the graphic card ist using.
Or is there a special setting in the UEFI-BIOS necessary to use the Transcend TS512GMTE220S?

Thanks for help,
best regards
Ralf

Ascrock H170M Pro4 v7.20 bios
cpu i7-6700
disk TS512GMTE220S - PCIe SSD 220S 512GB - NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 ( https://www.transcend-info.com/Support/No-991 )
no graphics card.
black screen when connect monitor by HDMI
all worked well by D-SUB connection - enter bios, install windows, boot from M2.

but with HMDI - black screen only - no video. remove TS512GMTE220S - exist video by HDMI (enter to bios only of course without disk). insert back TS512GMTE220S - again black screen by HDMI and work normal (look like until) by D-SUB. are this can be solved ? formally only H370M Pro4 is support this NVMe

are if use graphic card - here will be ok with hdmi ? or may be graphic card will be conflict with NVMe TS512GMTE220S disk too ?
