x570 little monster?

   Since x570 basically requires active cooling on the chipset and has so much bandwidth from pcie4, could we get a "little monster 2" on x570 with a monoblock for vrm, cpu, and chipset and 3 m.2 slots? ;D
I would expect such a board to easily outsell the original x299 itx board since ryzen is more mainstream than x299 but x570 boards are more expensive than past ryzen generations do to pcie 4, so premium boards make more sense.
