Hello !
I post my message here because i dont found any solution on the web. So my problem is the follow : - my PC loopboot when i installed a New kit of RAM. I had already installed the same kit (4x2 Go G.skill RIPJAWS V F4-2666C15D-8GVR) Mine Manipulations : - Clear CMOS : no result - update BIOS : no result - tested each RAM with MemTest86+ : non problem found, all RAM are good. My MOBO accept four single RAM on 2666 MHz. And for the moment, i have found one solution : I Can boot with 4 barrets RAM but configuration in 2133mhz. Why my PC dont want boot with 2666mhz ? I dont understand. Can you help me please ? |

You should always go for A2/B2 RAM slots, when using only 2 sticks.
Also, this RAM is not validated for your mobo, AFAIK, and it's not made for AMD chips. There is a good chance you won't get 2666 from this kit. |

Depending on the used CPU, the max. frequency for 4 RAM sticks is 2133-2400 MHz as defined by AMD/Asrock, so you can try 2400Mhz in the bios.
If you cannot get more than 2133MHz to work, you have to investigate more time and understanding for setting up the options for your RAM. You can try: https://www.overclock.net/forum/13-amd-general/1640919-new-dram-calculator-ryzena-1-5-1-overclocking-dram-am4-membench-0-7-dram-bench.html HowTo: https://www.overclock.net/forum/27694284-post3363.html |

OP, you can either:
- get a RAM kit that is validated to work at a given speed or - try and manually overclock the RAM to get desired results. Needless to say no OC speed is guaranteed to be achieved. |

Thanks for help !
But why i cant reach 2666mhz with 4 sticks ? On manual Its good if each stick are single rank, and its the case. Thanks you ! |

manual only says it supports upto 2666 but you need to refer to the qvl on which kit can do those speeds with 4 sticks
either way ryzen series works best with 2 sticks only |
