z370 taichi date and setting keeps changing

   Every time i shutdown the system the date ram speed and everything else changes in bios and i have to reset everything ( which is every day)
this is the message i get when start the system

Bios Date : 09/13/2018 20:16:30
Z370 Taichi UEFI P3.20

CMOS Date/Time Not Set
Press F2 or DEL to Run Setup
Press F1 to Continue

this has been happening from day one, i did change Cmos battery to a new one still no change
