No RAM no post sorry Wink

Once you get some RAM you will be able to test the system, not posting without it isn't a bad sign.

I am upgrading my system and neglected to purchase new RAM, and my old DDR3 is not compatible with this board. Everything else is set up except for the RAM so I wanted to test it out just to see if I could get it to POST. Unfortunately that is not happening - just have the red LED illuminated and no video. Is that because no RAM is installed yet? I would have thought that I would be able to POST and launch the BIOS without having memory seated... figured it would have some amount of onboard memory.

Thanks in advance.
