Hello.
I got a X370M-HDV motherboard and brand new 2200G CPU. But after assembling the computer and turning it on, there is no image on the screen. Searching on website, seem like it needs to update the BIOS. Please advise what should I do? |

Dear WaterFox,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. ASRock X370M-HDV supports Raven CPU since first BIOS release, so the CPU & BIOS compatibility should not be a problem on your system. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/X370M-HDV/index.asp#CPU Here we have some tips for you to check your system: 1. Please refer to user manual to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/X370M-HDV.pdf 2. Install bare bone device, CPU, one stick memory and using onboard graphics to check if system can post into BIOS setup. 3. Only install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify, be sure to use both hands with thumb to install the module firmly. 4. Make sure the input signal of your monitor match with your graphics output. 5. If possible, please install another CPU or memory to verify. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
