Hi, I have a motherboard asrock H97 anniversary, and I saw it supports NVMe since 1.60 bios version. I have updated to 1.70 (last version) and I would like to install a nvme m.2 drive.
Could I install a pci-express to m.2 adapter and boot from it? I have seen pci adapters with a wire to a sata port, but it is not what I want. I am wondering if is possible to boot using the pcie bus to reach the maximum performance. Any suggestion about what adapter I may use? |
