So I've finished my build I'm using a B450 Pro4, Ryzen 5 2600X and a GTX 2060. I'm currently using a SSD with Windows installed and my plan is to clone that onto my M.2 drive (Intel SSD 660P Series 1TB), however when the M.2 drive is installed I don't get any graphics out. The computer still boots, I can hear it, but none of my monitors put out any graphics. If I remove the drive everything works as expected.

So right after posting this I found the solution. I installed my graphics card on the lower PCI slot to give it and the CPU more space and simply forgot about the M.2 slot underneath it. Moved the graphics card, used the new slot and bam. Worked instantly.
