   alright i have jumped the gun, turns out the bsod still happens. might reinstall OS and see if it helps.

thanks for the response xaltar. ya while i can deal with not being able to game for a period of time, i still would like to know what's going on with my system.
it would seem GPU is not the cause. i gotta test some more.
