Z77 Extreme 4 Black after Windows Logo *Does Load

Hi Guys,

Just upgraded motherboard to the Z77 Extreme Pro.

It works great once I am actually loaded into windows, but it is taking almost 2 minutes to boot up.

It will load up to the Windows logo and spinning circle on my right monitor. After that it goes black screen. I do notice that after about 30 seconds my left monitor lights up (still black though) About another 30 seconds after that I get a light blue  "Please wait" spinning icon.  About 20 seconds after that I can actually log into the PC.

Not sure what is going on here, I am not using an SSD but it was a much shorter wait with my prior hardware.

I did a full reset of Windows 10 and installed newest chipset drivers. I went through the Bios to flash, but it said that latest BIOS was installed.

Any Ideas?
