Now is the time to add voltage offset.

   It's been a major disappointment that Asrock has left out voltage offset options on their ab350 Pro4 boards.

With the new 3 series it's becoming more difficult to cool the cpu with stock pbo options where the cpu overly boosts voltage to get to boost clocks. It's a similar situation with the Vega GPU's @ stock - massively overvolted to get their boost clocks.

Can we please get an option for a voltage offset with these boards as it's the only way to decrease voltage whilst keeping PBO and proper down-clocking active?
